Looks like the lawsuits against other gun banning cities are rolling out.
CHICAGO (CBS) – The U.S. Supreme Court says Americans have a right to own guns for self-defense and hunting, and the ruling will likely invalidate the 26-year-old ban on handguns in the City of Chicago.
In fact, the Illinois State Rifle Association has already filed a lawsuit challenging the Chicago ban. They filed the suit within 15 minutes of the high court’s ruling.
Unfortunately It looks like the DC Police have a different definition of “reasonable” than I do.
Second, automatic and semiautomatic handguns generally remain illegal and may not be registered
Huh? Will they really try to ban semi-auto handguns after the Supreme Court just told them they couldn’t? Or is this just another clueless moron that doesn’t know the difference between semi and full?
