I predicted over at Roberta’s earlier in the week that the Supreme Court would unanimously find that the 2nd Amendment confirms an individual right in DC vs Heller. In today’s opinion even the dissent agreed that the 2nd Amendment protected an individual right, they just differed on how much you can regulate it.
