Why is it that the media in the UK has better coverage of US politics than the native brands?
You’re not going to read this in a US newspaper:
President Barack Obama has recently completed the most successful foreign policy tour since Napoleon’s retreat from Moscow. You name it, he blew it. What was his big deal economic programme that he was determined to drive through the G20 summit? Another massive stimulus package, globally funded and co-ordinated. Did he achieve it? Not so as you’d notice.
According to the US news organs, the Obama European tour was a huge success. I suppose if success is defined as kowtowing to kleptocrats and talking trash about your home then WooHoo! huge success.
President Pantywaist is hopping mad and he has a strategy to cut Kim down to size: he is going to slice $1.4bn off America’s missile defence programme, presumably on the calculation that Kim would feel it unsporting to hit a sitting duck, so that will spoil his fun.
Watch out, France and Co, there is a new surrender monkey on the block and, over the next four years, he will spectacularly sell out the interests of the West with every kind of liberal-delusionist initiative on nuclear disarmament and sitting down to negotiate with any power freak who wants to buy time to get a good ICBM fix on San Francisco, or wherever. If you thought the world was a tad unsafe with Dubya around, just wait until President Pantywaist gets into his stride.

A while back I said Obama makes me miss Bill Clinton. Now he’s making me miss Jimmy Carter.
Yeah, world wide media is pretty much giving the whole thing a pan… Not successful, etc.
People in other countries can look through all the hype, smoke and mirrors and can see more clearly than all the people busy trying to get in on the $ give-a-way. OMAMA = one big assinine mistake America.
Obama doesn’t see the BIG picture, he doesn’t have the best interests of America at heart and is SO damn busy trying to put America down for its “arrogance” in regard to others….gee, if we’re so all fired arrogant, wonder why all the other countries call us when they need to be bailed out of their fires and have their hand out for financial aid….which they have NO intention to pay back.
Bad enuf when companies here sell out to save a few bucks and take their mfg jobs out of the country….worse yet…when the president sells us out. He doesn’t have a clue…and oh by the way….YES HE DID BOW!!!! He may think some people will buy his alibi…but looking at the video…there’s no doubt. How about the prez just hones up and tell the truth. He made a submissive gesture to a Muslim Saudi …NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! Presidents of the U.S bow and suck up to NO ONE. And one last comment…how about you concentrate on the ECONOMY…cuz it’s all about the economy stuXXX!! You obviously can’t do more than one thing at a time…or know that Austrian is not a language, etc., etc.
Is there still a protocol office at the White House? If so…use it!!!
