Tea Party – Denton, TX

The crowd estimate at 7:00 pm was over 3000 people around the old Denton County Courthouse in the square.

The lawn from the courthouse to the street was packed with people.

I was pleased to see a lot of families with children. The crowd was polite and well behaved. There was one attempt at a disruption that I saw, but the Denton Police took the guy out so quickly not many people noticed.

People were smiling and seemed happy. No bitter clingers here.

Behind the crowd looking toward the courthouse:

But the most awesome thing was this self propelled pig:

Great work! We had a good turnout in San Mateo today. Very nice and well behaved people despite the drive-by finger-wavers.

Sigh… Missed the Austin one, and got up here to late for the Dallas one… WORK SUCKS! It keeps interrupting my life.
