    Those new 2009 Chevys are dangerous battering rams and must be banned immediately!

    Seriously, did you notice that they thanked the IIHS and the insurance industry for making our roads safer, but did not thank Chevrolet or General Motors? Maybe it’s because GM is in bankruptcy and the insurance industry is not. If insurance had improved as much as cars have in the last 50 years, the average driver would pay about $25 annually for a million-dollar liability policy.
