I may be wrong, but I think the main thing in this enforced “agreement” is that it allows Zelaya back into the country. Now, if the rest of the gov’t can keep Z off of the presidential seat, I believe their elections are in December? That should give him the permanent boot . . unless O & H continue to interfere.
Maybe they just want him back in the country where he’ll make an easier target.
