I don’t know much about the Behenna case but this tells me all I need to know:
Lieutenant Behenna, who is currently serving his sentence at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., was convicted of unpremeditated murder in the shooting death of Ali Mansur, a known Al-Qaeda operative, while serving in Iraq.
A solider is in jail for killing the enemy during a war.
This is what happens when you let politicians and lawyers run wars.
They could make a movie about this, call it “Heart of Apocalypse”.

This is one if many injustices perpetrated by the politicians in the armed services.
In fact, if my former FDO hadn’t recently picked up full bird, I’d say shoot all O-7’s and above just on principal!
