Why am I not surprised?

Federal officials overseeing the 2010 Census testified last Thursday that existing Information Technology (IT) problems in the U.S Census Bureau’s Non-Response Follow-Up (NRFU) operation could affect the accuracy of the decennial tabulation

Government IT wins again.
