My work takes me to Austin and I have family in San Antonio but I haven’t seen much of the hill country that’s somewhat between the two. Let us know if you find some interesting places. Finding “good food” with something other than beef or pork can sometimes be a challenge in Texas. Nothing wrong with those animals, mind you, it’s just that a little variety would be nice.
