Climate bill dead or just resting?

We’ve heard it before, the grand announcement, “The bill is dead!” only to have it resurrected and passed in the middle of the night.

Is the climate bill really dead or is it just waiting until no one is looking?

I predict an interesting lame duck session this year…

UPDATE!! “I’m not dead yet!”

Really, who didn’t see this coming?

Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) is suggesting a climate change bill could have better prospects in a lame-duck session.
