I think he made a Freudian slip using the word Service (what bulls do to cows) when he should be Serving his district.
I’ve had just about all I can stand of those in Congress “Servicing” me.
He said, basically, that there were no qualified candidates in the race. Wasn’t he running? Hmmmmm… Some honesty at last?
He’s out of it in more ways than one…
