GZM: If you don’t let us build it, we’ll kill you

Via Gateway Pundit:

Imam Rauf on CNN:

“If this is not handled correctly, this crisis could become much bigger than the Danish cartoon crisis, which resulted in attacks on Danish embassies in various parts of the Muslim world…. If we don’t handle this crisis correctly it could become something which could really become very, very, very dangerous indeed.”

Way to build those bridges!

I’ve been compiling opinions from various people of faith for a story about this for Saturday. My Southern Baptist guy said – you know, we have this right to religious expression, but if the main reason is to send a message to the Muslim world about how tolerant we are, those who will get the message already don’t mind.
He said the ones who would say they need to send this message to the backwards Muslim world would also say we shouldn’t be building a democracy in Iraq. Interesting point.

Sharia law offers the unbeliever three choices: convert to Islam, live as a second-class “citizen” (read: slave), or die. I prefer the fourth choice: kill them first if they dare inflict Sharia law on me. And, my weapons WILL be dipped in bacon grease.
