DIY 11 inch Macbook Air sleeve

I got tired of waiting for someone to make a sleeve for the 11 inch Macbook Air so I made one myself.

One padded envelope sized to fit: $1.75

When it wears out in a month or two I’ll get another one. I think I can afford it.

Cover it completely with duct tape, and paint an apple on the front; not only will it be stronger, but you’ll have people wanting to know where you got it.

That works! Of course, I think I might just know a guy that could be convinced to make you a very nice leather one…

I’ve seen some decoratively colored waterproof bubble envelopes. Might cost a quarter more, big spender.

good one Alan… yeah, Bob is right, just add duct tape and sell them for 29.95 đŸ™‚

You know, I realized I’d listened to entirely too much Vicious Circle when the idea of wrapping it with duct tape seemed like a good one.

    OMFG.

Agreed! Bubble wrap is more tactical anyway.

  7. Jerry says:

    Use aluminum duct tape.
