TSA Admits it’s unnecessary

Box cutters found on JetBlue flight.

But the TSA says that’s OK!

The TSA spokeswoman Davis insisted that the traveling public was not at risk.

“There have been a number of additional security layers that have been implemented on aircraft that would prevent someone from causing harm with boxcutters,” she insisted.

“They include the possible presence of armed federal air marshals, hardened cockpit doors, flight crews trained in self-defense and a more vigilant traveling public who have demonstrated a willingness to intervene.”

Thank you TSA spokeswoman Davis for admitting what we’ve been saying all along. The TSA is totally unnecessary and is nothing more than security theater.

So now that the TSA admits that it’s useless and unnecessary we can eliminate it and stop the checkpoint security theater right?

Boxcutters are okay, but TSA must be ever vigilant about stopping those dangerous and dastardly amputees.

Sigh… As soon as they are unionized, they’ll get pay raises and we’ll NEVER get rid of them

Define “unnecessary?” Without TSA who else would there be to fondle us against our will?

And damnit, if I’m gonna get fondled I’d at least like to enjoy it.

Who’s that, Old NFO, the amputees or the TSA?

Of course we know they wont go away that easy but im not sure which shows them as more useless this stuff or if god forbid we had another attack.
