The Department of Homeland Security told a federal court that the agency believes it has the legal authority to strip search every air traveler.

NOW can we abolish this disaster before it’s too late?

Please… Please… I cannot believe their hubris! To flat out admit they don’t care about laws and can do what they want? WTFO?

  2. Linoge says:

The day the assistant director said neither he nor the TSA cared about the 4th Amendment was the day we all should have realized we were going to be riding this particular plane right into the ground.

    Head between your knees, folks.

  3. Bubblehead Les says:

All this could come to a screeching halt with one simple phone call from the Oval Office. Same for the Southern Border States Security issue, Batfeieio Stings, Oil Drilling, etc. This will not end until there is Regime Change in 2012, and the replacement is willing to follow his/her Constitutional Responsibilities instead of following the Communist Manifesto.

  4. Crotalus says:

Neither major party will give us the choice of a Constitutional candidate, Les. The only choices we have are Communism and Fascism, bot with the object of enslaving the people. It will take a war, the people against the government.
