First Multiculti now the War On Drugs

The War On Drugs has failed.

Leading peers – including prominent Tories – say that despite governments worldwide drawing up tough laws against dealers and users over the past 50 years, illegal drugs have become more accessible.

Vast amounts of money have been wasted on unsuccessful crackdowns, while criminals have made fortunes importing drugs into this country.

The increasing use of the most harmful drugs such as heroin has also led to “enormous health problems”, according to the group.

The MPs and members of the House of Lords, who have formed a new All-Party Parliamentary Group on Drug Policy Reform, are calling for new policies to be drawn up on the basis of scientific evidence.

It could lead to calls for the British government to decriminalise drugs, or at least for the police and Crown Prosecution Service not to jail people for possession of small amounts of banned substances.

I’m impressed. First the admission that multiculturalism is a failure now the admission that the war on drugs is a failure. Next they’ll be admitting that whole anti-gun thing was a huge mistake.

Nah. That would require honesty and courage.

I think with the War in Libya, the Brits might be re-thinking that whole Anti-Colonialism thing, and they might be right. “Rule Britannia, Bitannia Rules the Waves…”. But with the next generation of Crown Princes doing a good job in the Military (and Harry getting some Trigger Time at “The Ford O’Kabul River” before he was Outted), and Daddy getting caught up and attacked by that Crowd of Commie Students who love Mother Gaia just like Him (love it when Rich Liberal Elites get Rudely Awakened!), maybe things will be different.

Portugal legalized drugs and it hasn’t…floated away yet. Look it up. Legalizing would do for drugs what ending prohibition did-remove violence and gangs.
