Some folks have interesting opinions on the mortgage scam. I’ve talked with at least two people who now believe cable news that the housing market is recovering. I observe that houses in many areas are selling for a fraction of the price which was mortgaged. I ask this: who absorbed the difference between the bank’s last sale price and the mortgage?
