Texas scored 9 points out of a possible 100.
We got 5 points for “child access prevention” with children defined as 17 or under, and another 4 points for not allowing guns on the job and on college campuses.
I’m sure we can eliminate those 9 points and score a proper zero if we work at it. There’s no excuse for letting Oklahoma (2 points) beat us.
