FINALLY! A bit of real hope

TV lost a record number of subscribers in the second quarter of 2011.

There is no worse waste of time than watching television. The fact that, for whatever reason, fewer people are paying to waste time in front of the TV is nothing but a good thing.

    I got cable internet at FOB Borepatch, but no TV. Don’t see a reason to pay for something I’d watch once in a blue moon. It’d be like a $10 rental for each show I watch.

    Gotta disagree with you there. I watch almost all my TV in the kitchen; it keeps me entertained as I cook and clean.
