    Sure we can. Just give a pink slip to everyone in the EPA and OSHA. It’d be done in 20 months, start to finish.

    +1 on old NFO.

    Too: there’s to my knowledge no steel manufacturer in the US today who could fabricate the large parts needed for such a thing.
