A full sized replica of the original 1814 flag flies over the sally port of Fort McHenry.
The fort is well maintained and restored as much as possible to it’s 1814 look. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area. I was struck by how small it is. It’s really nothing more than a gun platform with a small barracks for the soldiers that manned the guns.
