The iPad camera kit arrived this morning!

The camera kit is two dongles that connect to the iPad dock connector. One is a USB port the other is a SD card reader.

The USB is on the left, the SD reader on the right.

These crappy photos were copied to the iPad with the SD card reader. The transfer went smoothly.

I think i need a better camera…
The USB dongle lets you pull photos off the iPhone.

Wouldn’t it be simpler to just include the appropriate ports, etc, on the device so someone wouldn’t have to buy an adapter?
What, and ruin the awesome aesthetics (profit margin)!?
