Cadets are specifically trained to write their reports to reflect what the desired results will be, not what actually happened. “It isn’t what happened that is important in court. It is HOW IT IS ARTICULATED IN YOUR REPORT AND ON THE WITNESS STAND THAT IS IMPORTANT”.
