From the not getting it department

No wonder the cop in Canton, OH had a problem with someone carrying a concealed handgun. The attitude comes straight from the top.

Wouldn’t this be a deprivation of civil rights under the color of law case?

Dude didn’t even mention the Constitution, did he? Just those heinous laws that allow law-abiding citizens to carry guns in high-crime neighborhoods. How dare they!

  2. jetaz says:

It isn’t deprivation of civil rights under the color of law, unless the cop did it because of the OC’er’s race.

The more this guy spoke, the more I recognized the tone of voice. He’s got the same emotional pitch as the thug in uniform. I hope he gets to testify. Looks like it comes straight from the top.

Yep, this one goes ALL the way up… Sounds like more than just the cop should be fired!

Their state legislature needs to repeal notification, and strengthen OC. Maybe mandate civil penalties and remove sovereign immunity for gun owner harassment.

He doesn’t like outside interference, so he should be punished with more outside interference.
