I took Driver’s Ed in 1970 – the one we saw was called “Blood on the Highway” or something similar. Lots of blood, poorly-draped dead bodies & body parts. The room full of 15-yr-olds thought it was great entertainment, because nothing like that could EVER happen to them.

If, big IF, I remember right, we saw both “Signal 30” and “Blood on the Highway” in the mid-60s I ‘think’ BoH was brand new at the time…
