Damn right we oppose it

Voters oppose raising the debt limit.

Only 27 percent of likely voters favor raising the nation’s $14.3 trillion debt ceiling, while 62 percent oppose it, according to an exclusive poll for The Hill.

The only people that want more debt are the leaches that think they’ll benefit from it.

There are two types of people in the world: those who had to be told that Santa wasn’t real, and those who figured it out on their own long before someone told them. I’m guessing all of us fit into the latter category?

Anyone who thinks there is something called the “debt ceiling”–which is under the control of the state and voters–is in the former category. (The second worst evil perpetrated by Hitler was that his dictatorship gave hope to statists that a command economy was a possibility.)

p.s. How come no public schools mandate an economics course? Just one–even a half-year course. I’m really starting to wonder about this.

So what if the Powers-That-Be drive the U.S. off a 1,000 foot cliff. They’ll be wearing their Golden Parachutes and land safely while the the rest of us Peons crash and burn. Buy ammo now before inflation REALLY kicks in.

    You are correct Alan!
