Based on a comment at SayUncle I made a screen recording of this:
Here is a .mov if you want to see it bigger:
smokeandthunder.com redirects to vpc.org
I can’t think of a legitimate reason that a bad virtual directory call on smokeandthunder.com would result in a redirect to vpc.org.
Well, well, well…
Well, that pretty much seals it. Smoke and Thunder is nothing more than a false-flag site organized by “gun control” extremists.
I say this is bigger than the VPC, their too stoopid to think along these lines, on the other hand, MAIG, this would be right up their alley……
props for crediting the random no-blog author “S. Johnson” of the comment.
s&b is being served from 100.42.59.20; vpc.org from 38.123.7.233
s&b is using shared hosting from arvixe.com where the vpc.org seems to be using dedicated IP at the very least.

Or it’s framing them. Given the rhetoric of S&T, I’d presume you’re right, but it’s also possible that we’re just dealing with assholes here.
There’s no doubt in my mind that we’re dealing with assholes. That’s a given.
The interesting question is why they think they’re so clever doing this.
It’s an intentional redirect, that much is certain.
Other than that, I can’t say why.
Hmm. Just keep the heat on. We’ll see how thick this plot gets.
I was wondering where this would go. I just got my first comment today on my Blog. I followed rule one, don’t feed the troll.
Isn’t THAT special… One can only wonder if Joan is involved…
Some weirdness in WP? Doing that to my own WP website, I don’t end up elsewhere but the page I do get isn’t linked to what I tried for. Something from the cache, maybe, or a buffer overflow?
