I love the whole “oh well it was voluntary, they let the cops in” bit. Yeah you’ve got 10+ SWAT guys surrounding your house with rifles pointed at it, you open the door and they rush inside.
Assuming that they DID ask the homeowner if they could come in, there’s obviously no coercive element there, nope, none at all….
You don’t sennd swat teams to people’s home with rifles aimed at the house and residents to “ask” if you can search. You wanna ask to search, send one officer friendly to the door to politely ask.
