Out of the Apartment into the Hotel. It’s a nice hotel, the regular discount room rate is around $150 a night, but I got it for $50/night because I’m going to be staying there for a couple of months. It’s actually cheaper to do do it that way than pay the regular discount rate for four nights a week and fly home on the weekends. (I’ll still fly home most weekends)
Of course there’s less room and I don’t have a kitchen. On the other hand there’s a maid and I don’t have to clean up after cooking. All I need is a mini-fridge and a microwave and I’m set. Hmmm…. I think I’ll go visit Wal-Mart and see if any of those Peltier effect coolers are still on the shelf.
