I’ve read a “yes, but…” and a surprising “no” on the subject, that sound suspiciously like arguments made against concealed carry when it was first proposed in Texas.
I’d also like to point out that contrary to popular belief, Texas has no higher proportion of stupid assholes than any other state, and the other 43 states that do allow open carry don’t have blood running in the streets or bar room shootouts from open carry either.
