Waiting, waiting, waiting.
Heller tomorrow, unless they weasel worded the announcement that all the remaining opinions would be released tomorrow – and Heller won’t be one of them because it’s held over to next term. (Can they do that?)
On top of that, Gizmodo is saying the iPhone 2.0 firmware could be released on Friday.
(Actually, I just wrote this so I could get “Heller” and “iPhone” in the same post.)
